DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery fees
Delivery fees vary depending on the value of your order. Small orders under £50 (excl VAT) delivered to UK mainland will be charged at £4.99 and all orders £50 (excl VAT) and over will be charged at £9.99. All international customer orders will be advised of the relevant shipping cost at the checkout before your order is completed.
Deliveries to Ireland
Our delivery to Ireland is charged at £14.95. If you place an order and you are an Irish VAT registered customer can you please email or telephone us with your VAT registration number so we can validate it. Once we have validated your VAT number we will immediately credit the VAT charged on your transaction. If you would prefer to pay by cheque or bank transfer we can send you a pro-forma invoice with your order at the Zero rate of VAT. Please contact us by telephone or email to place an order this way.
Delivery times
Orders placed before 11:00am will be dispatched the same day orders after this time will be dispatched the following day, but this may vary on the odd occasion i.e. if your item isn't in stock, however you will be contacted if this is the case.
Any order that you place with us will be dispatched together.
Our warehouse dispatch times are 9:00-3:30 Monday-Friday. If an order is placed over a weekend it will be dispatched Monday.
Unfortunately we cannot specify a timed delivery. However you may contact the couriers once the order has been dispatched and ask them for an approximate delivery time, but there are no guarantees.
What happens if you are not in?
If no one is home to accept your order then you will be left a calling card and the goods will be returned to your local depot. You may contact the couriers to arrange a suitable redelivery date, or it may be possible to pick the order up from the local depot. Please confirm this with the courier first, identification will be required on request.
Signing for Goods
If you are unable to check the contents of the package at time of delivery please sign for the goods as “unchecked”. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims you make thereafter.
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carriers delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 2 days from delivery.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied immediately from delivery and we will advise you of the correct procedure for rectifying this.
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 5 days from the expected delivery date.
Damaged or defective goods
You should inspect your goods immediately upon delivery for defects, damages or shortage.
If you find any defects or damages you must:

Always Try To:
- Make a note on the carriers delivery consignment note that the goods were "DAMAGED"
- You must also Take photo evidence of both the damaged box & any damage to products within
Warranties, on all items, are RTB (Return to Base) excluding items damaged in transit, (these will be replaced at no cost to you).
