  • If I place an order and something is out of stock what happens to the rest of my order?

If you place an order and one or more items are not in stock, we will hold the entire order until we are able to ship all the products. However, you will be contacted as soon as possible if the delivery time for the "out of stock" is longer than five working days.

  • I've placed an order on your site, am I able to amend it?

Due to the fact we start working on orders the moment they are placed amendments are not always possible, But in the unlikely event you need to amend the order feel free to call us and we will help where ever possible. However we stress you should double check the contents of your cart before completing orders.
