- How do I order?
Ordering couldn't be easier,
- Simply use the search bar or browse the categories to find the products you want.
- Add them to your shopping cart
- When you have all you want press "checkout"
- View your cart, if happy with the products press "checkout" or choose Google or PayPal Express checkout option.
- Complete your details - press "checkout"
- Then make payment

- If I place an order and something is out of stock what happens to the rest of my order?
If you place an order and one or more items are not in stock, we will hold the entire order until we are able to ship all the products. However, you will be contacted as soon as possible if the delivery time for the "out of stock" is longer than five working days.
- I've placed an order on your site, am I able to amend it?
Due to the fact we start working on orders the moment they are placed amendments are not always possible, But in the unlikely event you need to amend the order feel free to call us and we will help where ever possible. However we stress you should double check the contents of your cart before completing orders.
- Can I track my order?
When your order has been placed, you will automatically be informed by email of your order status. You can also log in to our website on the Order Status page, using your email address & Order Number (as per our email confirmation), here you can view your order details, status & tracking number.
