We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about products you order online for this reason we provide a 30 day returns policy.
If you wish to return the product for any reason, you must contact us after of receipt of your order, telling us that you wish to return it. You must notify us by email or in writing before returning goods.
All items returned to us for refund must reach us within 30 days from the date you received the goods.
As soon as we receive the returned product(s) unused and in the condition that it was sent and with all original packaging, we guarantee to either refund your purchase price in full or supply a replacement subject to your choice.
If you are a business customer please note that the above points do not apply to B2B purchases and you should therefore read our terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to charge a 25% re-stocking fee to business customers for cancelled contracts and authorized returns for non-faulty goods. This is to cover card charges, postage costs, handling costs, and administration costs. The re-stocking fee will be taken from any refunds due.
All customers are responsible for freight charges associated with the return of products as well as the proper packaging of the items to avoid product damage during shipping.
We strongly recommend the package you are returning is fully insured. We suggest you use a service that can provide “proof of delivery”. DTS Digital will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, with all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, all other accessories however small and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

You should inspect your goods immediately upon delivery for defects, damages or shortages.
