Description
This is the LawMate PV-PH10W, a Wi-Fi enabled 1080p HD recording system cleverly disguised as a car phone holder with IR night vision recording.
The innovative and stylish design conceals a covert infra-red video recording system producing law enforcement grade video and audio which is also watermarked with the time and date. All recordings are stored on a Micro SD card (16gb card provided) using standard H.264 encoding with a .MOV video file format. The built-in battery will provide up to 3 hours of continuous recordings with the IR night-vision turned off and up to 90 minutes with infra-red turned on.
Compatible with any mobile phone up to 8cm width, the PH10W DVR is also supplied with a swivel/suction mount allowing you to adjust the angle of capture to your requirements. There is also a switch hidden on the unit permitting you to change recording modes between continuous or motion detection capture.
The benefit of Wi-Fi:
With the ability of Wi-Fi connectivity, you can instantly review the footage you have captured on a smartphone or tablet and you can live-stream the video content up to a distance of 3 metres. The Wi-Fi connectivity permits the user to download the captured content wirelessly. The Wi-Fi application also allows full control over the device, including resolution settings (1080p/720p/VGA), the ability to set and synchronise the time and date with your smart device, format the SD card and start/stop recording. Once the device is set-up, you can also ‘hide the SSID’ so no one else can find your PV-PH10W wirelessly.
